It was a real pleasure to be at the inauguration of the European Southern Observatory’s stunning new astronomy centre and planetarium near Munich. The displays feature some of my photographs of people taken for ESO at their observatories in Chile.

It was a nice surprise coming across my Cutty Sark photograph used by Royal Museums Greenwich for a London Underground poster. This was from a commission by their marketing department.
